Help Project Tractor for Terenas

Marcello has been invited to a meeting in one of the Aldeias (villages of the natives ) from all the 8 Caciques (Chefs)

They asked him for help, then since 3 years is their unique tractor out of order and they need it urgent for the agriculture. To plant corn, rice, maniok, beans and sugar canes. They are waiting since 3 years for the money to make the necessary repairs from the FUNAI ( Fundacao National do Indio), who was founded by the Goverment of Brasil. But since to day is not one single nativ in this organisation and a lot of money disappear because of the corruption.

Thanks a lot to all the privat persons from Switzerland and New Zealand, who gave a donation to pay the repairs of the tractor. So the Terenas got yesterday (05.06.07) their tractor back from the mechanic. They will start now to plough the earth and to plant their seeds.

This paper we gave to the Cacique, so he know the names of the donators and we say here thank you a lot in the name of the Terenas. Then you helped them to get their tractor so fast as possible back. THANK YOU!!!
